In the case of People v. C.B., our attorney argued in the defense of their client. The arresting officers testified that the defendant was allegedly weaving in their lane on a busy roadway. Upon being pulled over, they were unsteady in their balance, had bloodshot and watery eyes, and an odor of alcohol on their breath. The officer administered three different sobriety tests, which the defendant failed each time. They then submitted a breath test that showed a blood alcohol content of .095.
