We used this firm back in 2019 for an incident with my husband, and also again here in 2025. I just had my hearing today being represented by Danny Luneau. It could not have gone better! Without sharing the details of my case publicly, I will just say that the court have been much harsher in their ruling, and due to the arguments and case that Danny crafted, he painted the best picture possible with the evidence and facts at hand, and we ended up with a very favorable outcome! Easily the best DUI firm in Colorado! I had a very unique case where I was actually arrested on multiple charges (including DUI), but was not the driver of the vehicle. I was in the passenger seat of a car being operated by another person when that person struck a vehicle about 5 houses down from their residence. The person driving drove up the street and parked in their driveway and we went inside the residence. The operator of the vehicle then went to give their insurance information to the owner(s) of the vehicle that was struck, but they wouldn't accept it and called the police. The operator of the vehicle came back to the residence and waited for the sheriff's dept. to show up, and explained to them what happened during first contact. They began asking questions about me because an eyewitness stated they saw me somehow coming around the vehicle from the driver's seat (from easily 100 yards away at around 1 AM in the dark with multiple trees blocking the view of the vehicle). I refused to answer questions or provide ID as I had done nothing illegal. I was then arrested for all of the charges, and taken to detox (despite the actual operator of the vehicle repeatedly stating I was not driving and they were at fault during the arrest). After I was released I contacted Fife Luneau, and hired them to defend me. They did a great job in handling my case, reviewing the evidence I provided from the residence Ring camera, seatbelt bruising on the actual driver only possible from the driver's seat from the impact, and more. Their expert witness Jason Chilson wrote up a report using provided evidence that discredited the alleged evidence, including the eyewitness they used against me to justify the arrest they placed to make an example of me for remaining silent. I refused to do a roadside or breathalyzer as well. With the help of this firm, the DMV determined there was insufficient evidence that placed me in the driver's seat of the vehicle, and dismissed my license suspension, SR22, interlock, etc. The charges I had against me in Colorado courts have also been dismissed by the district attorney at this time! Fife Luneau, P.C. is absolutely the way to go, and I wouldn't hesitate to employ their services... just do it!

I don't leave reviews on Google (ever probably), but the results I have gotten on my DUI case with Danny as my lawyer compelled me to write this out. With multiple charges after being arrested for a very elevated BAC, I looked into what I ultimately would be facing on Reddit and was terrified that I was in deep trouble. While reading horror stories about people's experiences of their DUI cases, I saw a promising post about Fife Luneau about a case that had gotten favorable results for a poster, and after looking at their Google Reviews, I decided to go in for a consultation (it was free). Although I did not have many questions to ask about the process or the potential trouble I might end up in, Danny was able to keep it straight with me and told me what to expect in a case like mine. The thing is, Danny didn't tell me how great of a lawyer he really is. While the paralegal team continued with updates on my case through email, Danny worked hard to drastically reduce my criminal charges in a plea deal to a point that even the judge was commenting on how lucky I was to have him as my lawyer. Not only that, but regarding my driving privileges, he was able to get my administrative hearing DISMISSED, where I potentially faced years of using an ignition interlock device (blow to start), rising insurance costs for a mandatory SR-22, and more. A revocation of my license was the least of my concerns, but Danny was able to secure my privilege to drive (and my personal freedom, no jail!) and so that is why I needed to write this review. I will be making extremely better decisions going forward in life, but it's thanks to Danny and the team for helping me through the process and ultimately securing a bright future for me to look forward to.
