I have used Charlie Fife and his firm twice in the past 5 years. I have found him to be ethical, trustworthy and honest with me at all times. He took both cases seriously. Charles Fife is the best, case closed! My case was complex and I think Mr. Fife enjoyed the challenge. He worked on it for 6 years without asking for another penny and the result for me was a dismissal. I spoke with 5 attorneys regarding my DV case prior to walking into Charlie's office. After speaking with him, it was evident that he was passionate about his work and he cared about my situation. He was always available to talk to me regardless of the fact that he was charging a flat fee. Gunslingers don't charge by the bullet! I don't plan to need him again, but I will recommend him to anyone in a pinch.

Charlie Fife represented me in a non-driving DUI charge in Oct. 2011. Although we could have taken a few different angles in this case, Charlie's penchant toward absolute honesty truly paid off. Because the DA was unwilling to offer any reasonable plea bargain, we chose to take the case to a jury trial and let the people decide what's right.
To be honest I really didn't think we had a strong case. Although I was not driving and had no intention to, the DA and 2 police officers were adamant that because I had control of the vehicle it constituted DUI.
Charley was open and honest with the jury and they trusted him as well as me when I testified. Verdict came back: Not guilty.

I was referred to him by a friend for my first DUI, and immediately knew I was in good hands. He was very thorough in making sure he was paying attention to every detail and was always available for any help. He was so brilliant in handling my case, he got it completely dismissed!
